If you see a burnt out street lamp, an overflowing dumpster, have questions about street closures or permits - or anything else related to City of Vancouver operations - then you can call 3-1-1 any day of the week between 7am and 10pm. 

Citizen service representatives know the best ways to help you get information, request non-emergency services, share concerns, and give feedback - without you needing to know the right department or employee. Service can be provided in 175 different languages. 

The City tracks and allocates resources to where there is the greatest need, so calling 3-1-1 not only assists you and the City, but your business neighbours as well.
