Come 'paint the town green' with CelticFest Vancouver where we will turn Robson Square, the Vancouver Art Gallery Plaza and Robson Street at Howe into a Celtic Village March 17-18 from noon to 11pm.

The streets and square will be filled with high energy live Celtic music dance, food trucks, family activities, artisan vendors and most importantly, the Mill Street beer garden. The main stage will feature international award winning fusion band Delhi 2 Dublin on Friday, March 17 and local folk-rock-celtic legends The Paperboys on Saturday, March 18, with special guests including Tiller's Folly, Wheat in the Barley, Pat Chessell Band and Eire Born Irish Dancers.

Other programming includes the six time world champion Simon Fraser University Pipe Band, a "Salute to Scotland" with pipers, dancers and caber tossing, and more. The car2go stage will feature North Shore Celtic Ensemble, Jocelyn Pettit, O'Brian Dancers, and many more! Premiere shows include two plays; Belfast Girls and Almost a Stepmom plus the annual Vancouver Welsh Men's Choir concert and international stars Sharon Shannon and Carlos Nunez.
