A bit of background:
Block 51, the 800-block of Robson Street (between Hornby and Howe) and the Vancouver Art Gallery’s North Plaza, has long been the centre for Vancouverites to socialize, and display civil democracy and creative expression.

- Transportation impacts and adjustments related to the potential permanent public plaza
- Design possibilities and programming options for a year-round public square
- The public's current and desired use of the 800-block of Robson Street
