Cycling

Vancouverites love their bikes. You can manoeuvre around downtown easily on your bike via dedicated bike lanes, back alleys and major thoroughfares. You can even transport your bike on TransLink buses. 
 
The City of Vancouver has produced a detailed map showing the bicycle routes in the city: Detailed Vancouver Bicycle Map (2 MB)
 
Printed copies are always available at the information desk at Vancouver City Hall, by calling the Bicycle Hotline at 604-871-6070 or by e-mail at cycling@vancouver.ca. Maps are also available at Vancouver libraries, community centres and some bicycle stores.
