Strategic Plan
In 2006, the DVBIA Board of Directors and committee members reviewed the association’s vision, mission and strategic plan. The new five-year strategic plan (2007-2012) carries the DVBIA beyond the end of its current ten-year mandate ending in 2010.
The DVBIA’s strategic plan sets the goals and milestones for the next five years. Its yearly operating plan – a direct derivative of the strategic plan – operationalizes each year how we plan to make progress on those goals.
